Product returns are limited to 7 days from the date of invoice for perishable items, 30 days for non-perishable items. Unfortunately we cannot offer returns on special order items and milled malt. Credits / Replacements
To file a claim please include the following:
For damaged or lost items:
- A copy of the signed delivery receipt with the damage or missing items noted. You can also note “possible concealed damage” on the delivery receipt.
- Take photos of the shipment before breaking it down as well as photos of the damaged items.
For quality concerns:
- Photos of the product.
- Lot number and how many units are affected.
- Set aside all remaining product for possible sample/return requests.
